The Croydon Project: Spring 2026 consultation

Our spring consultation for The Croydon Project will launch on Thursday 12th March. 

The Croydon Project is the mixed-use regeneration of Croydon town centre to restore it as the economic and creative capital of South London.

Our ambition is to be a catalyst for a modern, mixed use town centre with new homes, generous public spaces and a richer mix of shops, restaurants and leisure that stays busy, safer and alive from day through to night.

Our public consultation to date shows strong support, with 85% of respondents backing some or all elements of the plans, so we’ve been working hard to develop the designs.

But we still want your help and enthusiasm to contribute to the Whitgift masterplan, which is why we are launching our new exhibition online and on North End in March.

From Thursday 12 March we will have a new short survey on this website, and our team will be popping up around the borough. Please come and meet the team (weather dependant) on:
