Welcome to Croydon’s next Chapter
A bold, long-term vision to restore Croydon as the economic and creative capital of South London
Autumn 2026 consultation
Come and see our latest plans for Croydon town centre.
We are currently sharing our developed plans to transform the town centre, including new homes, shops, leisure and community spaces, greener public spaces and improved connections.
Feedback will be considered as we finalise our plans in preparation to submit an outline planning application to set the overall framework for future development.
