Welcome to The Croydon Project
A bold new vision for Croydon Town Centre
The Croydon Project is the mixed-use regeneration of Croydon town centre to restore it as the economic and creative capital of South London.
Led by URW as the master developer this will happen through a incremental transformation of Centrale, Allders and Whitgift Centre, as well as neighbouring buildings on North End.
Our ambition is to be a catalyst for a modern, mixed use town centre with new homes, generous public spaces and a richer mix of shops, restaurants and leisure that stays busy, safer and alive from day through to night.
Come by and see us at our pop-up events
As part of this we will be hosting a series of events at locations across the borough. These events will give local people the opportunity to see the latest plans, understand how the proposals have evolved since last year, and share further feedback as the masterplan develops.
We’re hosting pop-up events across the borough (weather dependent). Come and meet the team on:
| Thursday 12th March 3pm – 6pm 60-68 North End, CR10 1UJ |
Friday 13th March 10am – 1pm New Addington Market, CR0 0JD |
| Tuesday 17th March 2pm – 6pm Norwood High Street and Norwood Junction Station |
Thursday 19th March 11am – 2pm Surrey Street Market, CR0 1RJ |
