The experience behind The Croydon Project
The Croydon Project is being delivered by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), which operates vibrant destinations in many of the world’s leading cities and urban areas. Across Europe and the US, URW creates and operates places that welcome millions of visitors each year and contribute to the economic, social and environmental vitality of the communities they serve.
Creating sustainable places
Bringing experience from mixed-use destinations that combine homes, workplaces, leisure, culture and public spaces. Designed for the long term, these places support thriving communities and help create vibrant town centres where people can spend time, connect and belong.
Regenerating city centres
Bringing experience from major urban regeneration projects that help unlock investment, create opportunity and deliver lasting benefits for local communities. Working alongside cities and local partners, URW helps create vibrant places where communities can thrive.
