Croydon has the scale to do more

A catalyst for a modern, mixed-use town centre with new homes, public spaces and a rich mix of shopping, restaurants and leisure.

The site is more than a retail destination; it is an opportunity to help shape the future of Croydon, South East London and the wider region. Croydon is one of London's largest boroughs, with almost two million people living within easy reach of the town centre. The ambition is to create a destination that attracts residents, workers and visitors back into the heart of Croydon.

The masterplan will transform Croydon town centre into a vibrant, mixed-use place to live, work, shop and spend time, with up to 4,000 new homes alongside shops, restaurants, leisure, culture and community uses. New streets and public spaces will create a more open, greener and better-connected town centre, building on Croydon’s existing character and identity.
